     If you have been waiting to visit the Vintage fair I highly suggest you visit ASAP as there is only 1 day left to visit the fair before it closes. Today I'm showcasing two items from the vintage fair. Poet's Heart's Tilly dress and a Pose from Nantra number 5. I totally feel head over heels in love with this pink dress. the color is perfect for spring/summer weather and matched my truth hair perfectly. As for the pose I found Nantra to be an ideal pose for my outfit. Tilly comes with three different patterns in 4 different colors bringing you 12 different retro patterns. Nantra has a total of six different poses with a mirror pose included. Hurry up and make your last visit to the Vintage Fair 2024 before the fair is gone.

Dearest Gentle Readers I am so thrilled to bring to you two items from the Vintage fair which are so perfectly suited for one another. First off lets start with the face. I am wearing Mignonne's Ginevra Skin and it feels so period time piece. I absolutely love this unique look of old world beauty. Also, I fell head over heels for Grasshopper's St Mereilleuse outfit. It feels so authentic when recreating a Bridgerton look.

See Her Tonight

The Vintage Fair will only be around for a few more days so if you haven't shopped the fair I hope you make it down. Today I'm sporting a few treats from the fair. Lets start with the Mohawk. Really Rockabilly released a great female Mohawk, Punk long Mohawk. What I love about this mohawk is that it has a  leopard spotted hair base. There is a dual texture on this hair base. one side is leopard print while the other side is a symbol carved into the hair base of a giant A. Its perfect. I'm also sporting a tattoo from Endless Pain tattoos, Charlotte which is a full body tattoo with lots of different placed tattoos that combine to make one pretty awesome piece. Finally, the last piece I'm wearing is a shawl from Silvery K, Boho Chic. Hurry up and make your way down to the fair before these items will be gone for the season.

 Today's look is inspired by theB52's song Roam. Since its summer; its time to pack up the car and roam around the world. I'm wearing two outfits combined into one all from the vintage fair. First I'm wearing a short dress from The Little Bat. This outfit is totally rockabilly. Bette Dress comes with ten different patterns. Bette is an open front outfit that comes with a undershirt. I decided to use a different undershirt from The Annex. The Yvonne Bodysuit comes complete with 13 different colors. I really like this bodysuit as an undershirt because of its full coverage bodice. Make sure you head on down to the vintage fair to pick up a goodie or two. I'm still showcasing items from the vintage fair so stay tuned.

I have News I just had to share with you all. The Vintage Fair is approaching soon and I'm so excited and honored to be part of the blogging team. The vintage fair is the time of year designers step back in time to bring together their awesome wonders from the past. Every year Silly Llama productions manages to astound me with how they work to bring the vintage fair to second life. This year is no exception.

I've taken some time to look around the sim and it looks AMAZING BALLS! in order to fully immerse yourself with sim it is suggested that you use the sims environmental controls to give a unique shopping experience. This years theme is Art Deco. It's pretty posh.

Here we go dusting off the old blogging shoes. 

Recently, I broke out the dating app; Thundr, again in hopes of finding someone new. For now I'm hoping to meet friends and generally become more social. Possibly extending that bedtime just enough for me to not regret it in the morning. Remember Thundr is free and works like most traditional dating apps. Swipe and Match! 

In personal news I'm having a lifestyle change. Nothing dramatic. I'm just going back to school to get an Associate degree in Web design. which means ART CLASSES! I'm so grateful to learn Photoshop again with a teacher and get some structure on my photos. Hopefully I can get my skills updated this upcoming summer session so my photos look a little better. 

So let's discuss the main event. Today's look. Well it all started when I ran across Dead Doll's Sisterhood Set I knew it was the final piece to a photo I had wanted to complete for a long time. FOXCITY has two items featured in today's post. The Desert Friend is a series of camel animations. While the Sinking Sand photo booth rezzed perfectly in my home.

Finally, lets discuss today's song. I am on a new music kick. My new favorite band is called Chromeo. The song that is making my ears happy is called Replacements and it features La Roux! totally excited when I stumbled on to this. There are a lot of tracks off this album which have me chair dancing and singing along. Its been a long time since I found new music I really felt was worthy of sharing.

You Make Me Feel Like It's Halloween

With Halloween so close I had to get one more look in for Hallow Manor. Today's look is sporting a few items from Hallow Manor, lets start at the top. I'm wearing Amadeus Creeping Horror headpiece. Creeping Horror is a spider headpiece that is sure to attract attention. I've paired it with a cute outfit from Entice. Entice made Jump in the Line top and skirt. Both Creeping Horror and Jump in the Line are available as part of the exclusive hunt items. Finally, I'm using a pose from Pink Moon, Death is not the end. The pose set is part of the hunt. Just search the sim for the prize.

Bury a Friend

 Today's look started with a pair of boots from Sass. I couldn't pass up blogging these boots because they are so cute. What I adore about these boots are the charms along the side. I didn't capture the back but they are also worth seeing. (take a peek below). The Xaria Boots are part of the exclusive items available for sale at Hallow Manor. Moving up the leg to the right side is an inverted leg holster from Nuve. This holster is part of the hunt and can be found by looking through the sim in the hunt area. Two more exclusive items that can be found in my photo are the wings and makeup. Blue Blood created a set of Fae Bat wings that were perfect for accenting this look. Fae bat wings are available in 4 different color variations and are part of the exclusive items available for sale. Finally, I'm wearing makeup from Nuve the Acolyte makeup set.  Today's look is channeling something scary. Clowns more specifically the clown from IT! I was terrified of clowns as a child. Truth be told they still freak me out a little. But today I'm trying my best to look the part of scary for Halloween. Hallow Manor was essential in getting this look together with Mignonne's Pierrot and OPOPOP! Fantasy eyes. Mignonne's Pierrot is the skin which resembles a clown's face. It has deep gashes across the eyes and just looks so haunting. Pierrot is available as part of the exclusive items for sale during Hallow Manor. I paired Pierrot with OPOPOP!'s Fantasy Eye. These eyes are available as part of the hunt and can be found in the sim. There are a total of 5 different version of this eye available.

Haunted

 Today's look is all about playing a wicked queen. I'm sporting several goodies from Hallow Manor. Lets start off at the top. I'm wearing a crown and dress from House of RFYRE. Now House of RFYRE is not a new store to me. Its one I used to shop at during earlier years of SL and I'm happy to see they are still around. What I love about these designs is that the quality is always well done. The mesh fits perfectly and there is no adjusting that needs to be done, but I digress. Lets return to the dress and crown, Acantha is part of Hallow Manor's Exclusive items which means it will only be available for a limited time. If your a fan of unique items I highly encourage you to take a peek at the sim and shopping guides. 

Next, were going to discuss makeup. Nuve released a series of makeups for the event. As part of the exclusive items at Hallow Manor, Morgana Makeup is available for purchase. Morgana makeup comes with way more than I'm showcasing in my photo. (for a complete look, see photo below.) The upside down cross just give this makeup look an erie feeling. 

Finally, Vae Victis released a series of Black Temple items for the hunt. You can find these treats by searching the hunt part of the sim and searching prize. There are a total of three black temple accessories: Cresent (shown), Bannered and bowl.

Somebody's Watching Me at Hallow Manor

I am so excited that Hallow Manor is approaching; only two more days! If you haven't checked out the shopping guide or hunter's guide I highly encourage you to take a peek. Today's look is all about BATS! I knew that I had a few batty items to bring together for today's look. First off from Hallow Manor I'm wearing The Little Bat's dress-Flight Dress. Flight dress is a super cuter halter top short dress. The halter is adorned in a bat print while the rest is a solid color complete with a slit. Flight is available in 10 colors and fits most body types. Next I'm wearing two items from Ghoul Babe, a surgical cut, Ripped Apart and Arachnid eye shadow. Ripped Apart is available in the hunt and has three versions. Arachnid eye shadow is available in eleven different color options. The arachnid eye is a cute take on a spider's web. perfect for accenting your Halloween look.

People are Strange at Hallow Manor 2023

 Hallow Manor 2023 is approaching soon and I'm so happy that I get to be a blogger for this event. For those that are not familiar Hallow Manor is an annual event to showcase the dark side of SL. This is not a Halloween event although you will be able to find frightful items for this event. Hallow Manor's theme is  spooky, grotesque and macabre. Barbie Girl

 I'm super excited for all the Summer Blockbusters that are going to be released. I have several on my list and The Barbie Movie is definitely one that is on the top. So you can only imagine how my heart skipped a beat when I Tped into Collab88 and saw what this month's theme is. I managed to pick up so many goodies I've gone broke. no worries it was totally worth it. 

Today I'm sporting three items from this month's event. My earrings are from Nylon Outfitters. The Dolly Earrings are currently on sale during Collab88 so if your in the mood for something different and fun these earrings are a must have. Dolly earrings are customizable with 10 different head options and 9 different body options making the ability to showcase a unique look possible. 

The next item I'm showcasing is my dress from Tres Blah. I'm wearing the Audra Dress in pink. This dress features a deep swooped back which is one of my favorite parts of this dress. The second thing I love about this dress is the sleeve length. the sleeves run a little long covering the middle of each thumb. I think it gives this dress such a nice detail in realism.

Finally lets talk about poses and sets. FOXCITY has really gone all out with their Dollhouse Theatre. FOXCITY is actually one of my favorite places to get pose sets because there is such great attention to detail. They are totally on my first spots when shopping for a new post for the blog. I feel badly that I cant capture all the amazing little things that make this pose set so awesome. You really have to check it out for yourself. I actually made this my home theater for my HVID TV. I can't wait for movie night now. The only downfall is the inside chairs don't work but this can be fixed with pose sets.

Some days you gotta put on a little sparkle and get out there and shine. I picked up these treats a few weeks ago and had to wait until the Vintage fair was over so I could repost them. I spoke a little about Malena Von Dash (MVD) during the Vintage Fair but since then I've had time to visit MVD's main store. I'm super glad I did what I found was a treasure trove of upscale lingerie and retro accessories. I only found one other hair style at MVD and it's gorgeously sculpted. I'm currently having trouble buying the hair in store. SL just isn't kind to me, but I promise once I purchase it I will showcase it on the blog. 

Finally, I recently discovered a new store to me, Belle Epoque. Now Belle Epoque isn't a new store but its one I just suddenly discovered. I've been really drawn to the designs. they are the perfect fit of sexy and cute. The dress I'm wearing is from Belle Epoque and its on the fancy modest side of things. There are other items at the store that are a little more risque. Belle Epoque is also heavy on the freebies and reduced items. When I visited this week I found two separate in store hunts with reduced designs. 

I'm getting back into blogging for myself again which means you will see some more regular posts. I've got a photoshop membership again and I am looking to bring a more creative outlet into my life again.

Do you Belive in Magic?

I'm playing a little witchy with my look from Forest Fantasy Store. Forest Fantasy Store has created a set of Wizard looks for both male and female wizards. I love all the details that have been added to the set. Hat, halo, Robe and body suit all are part of the outfit. I'm also showcasing a set of eye makeup from Watercolor. Watercolor created a set of Jem eyeshadow which is so colorful it draws attention to your eyes.

Today's look is all about fun. I've been having so much fun posting items for the vintage fair and its almost over. le sad. Today I'm sporting Giggle Puppy's Vintage Blouse and it is so colorful and bright. I love it! I decided to pair it with a cute set of sneakers from ZFG. The Ashley Sneakers are super casual and make the look pop. So many great thing are available at the fair.

When BESPOKE dropped this bunny avatar I knew I would be blogging it, after all its super adorable. What I love about this avatar is that there are several different options to customize. Eyes, expressions, teeth all can be customized to help create a unique look for your bunny. This avatar is available in both male and female shapes.

Copacabana

When I came across today's outfit I felt like I hit the jackpot! Vegas style. 

Today's look is all about channeling the Show Girl style. BamPu Legacies created this Oppulant Follies Girl style which is perfect for a pageant or show girl style look. This outfit comes complete with swimsuit, heels, feathers and a head dress. I really love all the colors incorporated into the design. The colors and feathers remind me of a peacock showing off its plumage.

I'm also showcasing one more thing from the vintage fair skin from enLight. This skin is well done and looks amazing without any additional textures. I did decided to dress up the look a little by adding eye shadow from Hexed and a red lip from Glam Affair. what really does it for me are the dimples on the sides of each cheek. it just gives more authenticity and realism to this skin.
