Day three of my vacation here at Risia. I’ve picked up that stupid statue that LT. Jones kept going on and on about. Its this small wooden totem called a Horogn. I’m not an art critic but I really don’t understand why she needs another one to add to her collection. Her quarters are littered with them.  Shrugs, who knows. LT. Jones is a strange one.

So far everyone seems really nice on this planet. I just can't seem to understand why all the men (and even some of the ladies) keep asking for bacon or Jamon...or perhaps it was jamaharon.....or jam. (thinks) I don’t know. My Spanish translation book isn’t really working well with the native language. Must be some kind of fancy breakfast they have in the mornings. Must make sure to look into the breakfast bar.

In all I’m having a swell time on my vacation. A whole new swim suit from a few local stores I visited...and the sun and sand. Right now, life is pretty peachy some might even say perfect.

Summer Love

Summer time always seems like the perfect time of year to throw caution to the wind and have an adventure. The days are longer nights seem filled with activities and it's that time of year when people find that oh so popular Summer Love. For me, summer love hit me like a ton of brick and it's all because of Foxes and Teefy.

For today's look I took a little trip back to Collab88 for some summer treats. Everything I'm wearing in today's post is from this month's Collab88. I had been looking for a mesh bikini that works with the Mariteya mesh body and Foxes, Summer Love bikini top and jacket fit the bill perfectly. Teefy, another favorite store of mine has a pair of shorts in this month's Colab88 which also matches the Mariteya body well. I couldn't be more pleased with how this whole look came together.  I hope you take some time to head over to Collab88 and take a peek at all the goodies available. This month's theme is filled with vibrant, fun hues which are perfect for capturing the feel of Summer. Truth be told the color scheme it reminds me of Ottor Pops, (they are Popsicle for those who don't know) which are perfect for hot nights that you find nestled within summer.

52 Weeks Of Color- Week 21- Lemon Chiffon

This color challenge was a very hard because lemon chiffon is a color that I don't have in abundance. I really looked hard within my inventory...sorting..and sorting. I even tried to go shopping for Lemon Chiffon, but it wasn't entirely easy. I almost skipped this color all together and went on to the next color block, Cobalt. Thankfully, I found this cute bathing suit hiding deep in my inventory and It was a very close match to this posts color challenge. Luna you are a tricky devil when picking these colors.

Today's look was actually brought together by the Wooden Sand Castle earrings from Intrigue Co. These earrings are totally cute, totally mesh and sizable to fit your ear and head shape. Intrigue Co. has released these cuties as part of this month's Collab88, which is Bleached Themed. Finally working my way back to Luna's Color Challenge, Today is Sea Shell Peach. I might be a bit more of a cream color than peach today, but I figure it's close enough, right?

Collabor88 has a new line in this month. The Theme this month is DayDream, all items in the Collabor88 group are fantasy themed. I made my first trip though Collab88. (I usually visit every week until I have all the items I want.) I picked up two items from Collab88 today. Nylon Outfitters', Crochet Applique Dress in a Touch of Melon and Yummy's Featherweight Necklace. Both were too cute to not purchase on the first round.

52 Weeks of Color Week #14- Royal Purple

I have to thank Luna Jubilee for helping me find my new sky dome from Poetica. I had been searching for a private beach area that was similar to Turnip's Sky dome but was completely lost on where to find something similar. Thankfully, Luna provided a wonderful solution to the problem...Poetica.

Today's color post is about Royal Purple. I have to admit to not having an abundance of purple within my inventory. It's not a color I enjoy wearing all that much, but I did have a few cute goodies I thought would be ideal for sharing in today's post.
