Tapping into my darker side I was able to pull together today's look with goodies from the ROMP fair. So let's look over what I'm showcasing from top to bottom.

It all started with accessories, mainly these cat ears from Real Evil Industries, Kitty Ears. Kitty Ears come complete with a HUD which will allow 8 different color variation. I've been wearing these ears off and on last week and I must say I really do enjoy them.

Next let's move on to the body, Opiums Addiction and Constraint collaborated together to create the, "Sluts Harness and Belt" In today's post I'm sporting two of the goodies in this complete set. I'm wearing both the body harness and cuffs. Sluts Harness and Belts contains a total of 6 different accessories that can be worn. There are an abundance of features these accessories have such as, a controlled toy system that will allow your partner to push your buttons.

I want yo draw your attention to the bottom....That's right ladies we are talking about shoes, Garbaggio, Lock Sandals are my new favorite things to wear. I adore the thin straps that hug my ankles. I also really like the gold metalic heel. The lock sandals will fit Maitreya, SLink and The Mesh Project and is available 8 different colors.

Finally, I want to point out something created by one of my favorite places to pick up props in SL, Exposure. Exposure created the, Precious Pet Cage which contains a total of 5 different poses. Each poses contains a mirrored look which ups the total of 10 poses to use in this prop.

These items are all available at the ROMP fair which is still running up until January 22, which means there is still time to head over to the fair to pick up a naughty goodie or two.

For today's post I needed to channel my......um darker side so I could properly feature Salt and Pepper's outfit, Dylan. Dylan is definitely on the naughty side, but in a good way. During Romp's Monthly, Dylan is on sale. Romp's Monthly will run from June 12-15th, So this weekend is the perfect time to head over to Salt and Pepper and pick up this naughty number.

Romp, for those of you that don't know, is a group that dedicates itself in promoting the upper class of sensual SL. It features the naughty, kinky but well made goodies to enhance your deviant side. You can find out more information about Romp by visiting Romp's site here.

Let me take a #selfie

I can't begin to tell you the excitement that I felt when I saw Torley's Lindens plurk that RC cluster was reopening but before I do..."Let me take a #selfie" (LOL). Redd Columbia, owner and creator of RC Cluster is a wonderful creative person who has been around SL for quite some time. Redd's fun goofy items help make SL a little more fun. I first discovered RC Cluster back in 2007 on the KSU sim. KSU or Kindly State University was a RP college sim. It was a lot of fun and Redd's creations only enhanced the experience. With all the fond memories of RC Cluster floating around in my head I couldn't wait to TP over and purchase a few goodies.

What I found at RC Cluster made my day. A selfie stick, with a pink phone none the less. The Selfie Stick is available in 7 different colors and has a total of 6 animations. Each Selfie stick has two versions one with silly faces and another without.

Some of the goodies you can find at RC Cluster are: EZ Breever Inhaler, Classic Notebooks, Karoke Machines, Glue, Doing the dishes animation and prop, Crutches, Moving boxes and a paper bag for the ulgies. One of the things I enjoy most about RC Cluster's goodies is that they are animated which makes them great for people who create machinima videos.

Today I'm showcasing some goodies that I recently acquired....and some are a bit naughty in nature. Let's start at the top and work our way down.

I picked up this wig from The Arcade gacha event. Clawtooth designed this beautiful side swept pony tail that includes flowers. Both the hair color and flowers are controlled by a Hud and can be changed to suit your styling needs.

I then headed to Collab88 and picked up this cute lingerie set from one of my long time favorite designers, Nylon Pinkney of Nylon Outfitters. I have been a fan of Nylon's creations since I first joined SL back in 2006/2007. I must own pretty close to everything she has created. This lingerie set I am wearing comes with both system layer clothing as well as appliers for the Maitreya body, which is a total plus for anyone who is switching to a mesh body.

Finally I made my way to the naughty part of SL and picked up a few things i found in Strawberry Singh's recent post. The Whore Couture Fair is currently showcasing some well made naughty clothing, poses, shoes, skins in SL. Since, I'm not particularity naughty (stop laughing) I didn't pick up too many goodies; however, I might go back and grab a few things for some upcoming photos.



Exposure, owned by RubyStarlight Writer, an awesome pose creator, designed a set of poses for the Red Light District. oooh yea, it's that naughty part of Amsterdam we hear so much about. I'm thrilled that Ruby made this set because it's a total dream come true. There are a 13 poses included in this set and multiple people can use it at once. I feel it will make for a really fun evening if I could get together a group of friends and TP in a guy or two for a photo shoot. It could make a great prop for a "Red light district" party.....hmmmm...that's a thought.

Last, but certainly not least are the gorgeous shoes designed by Duncan Giano. Open toes and long wooden heels...Aubrey is a combination of classy and sexy. They remind me of a pair of shoes I coveted during my late teens. The ones my mother wouldn't let me wear, but mamma if you could see me now in these heels.  Aubrey is available in 8 different colors and well worth the purchase. They work with several mesh bodies; Maitreya, Belleza, The Mesh Project even Slink feet.

As for today's post title, well....I have to admit I was tuning into my "Bells Booty" playlist, and Eminem's, "Ass like that"popped up while i was editing the photo.  (hides face in shame, I know) I will spare you the youtube link and musical lyrics for this post.

Forgiveness

In my last blog post I talked a bit about how pose designers help bring emotion into our Second Life. Emotions are not always happy and there are times when sorrow, anger or even forgiveness needs to be shown. Today's pose is from [RNP] Animations, which designed a set of argumentative poses for couples for the Pose Fair 2013. This unique set of poses will be available for the duration of the The Pose Fair 2013.  

The thing that caught my eye about Couple #54 is that it's not a pose, but an animation with movement. My interpretation of this pose is a couple asking one another for forgiveness after a fight.  This tender moment shows the love and devotion between a couple and it is not often shared or expressed in Second Life.

Every week I wait patiently for Mad Men to show. It's been a show I watch regularly since it first aired. I first became attracted to the show because it was in my favorite time period,  The 1960's. My love of retro fashion initially got me hooked, but now it's the characters and story lines that have continued to pull me in. A current favorite location featured on Mad Men is the Draper home. Ever since Megan sang the, "Zou Bisou Bisou" song I have wanted to step into that same scene. 

Fortunately, Trompe Loeil has made my Mad Men dreams come true with the NYC66 Skybox. The NYC66 is a replica of the Draper penthouse apartment. It's mesh and comes furnished with chairs, bar stools, dining room table, kitchen, couch and lights. The floor plan is exact to the Draper home and includes: An Entry Way, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Terrace, Master Bedroom and Hallway. For extra personalization to give the NYC66 your special touch nine photo frames are scripted to allow your own photos. All furniture within the home are also scripted to allow you sit just by just clicking on each piece of furniture. The NYC66 is available at this month's Collabor88.

I also picked up a cute dress from Nylon Outfitters, Swinging Fringe Dress from Collabor88. This dress is fun to wear because it gives you beautiful movement as you shimmy and shake. I've been having a hard time changing my outfit since I tried on this dress. Which is quite unusual for me, because I usually change my outfit several times a week. It was also the perfect color to wear for Luna's 52 week of color challenge- Deep Pink. Next Color Challenge post is Lemon Chiffon.

Dinomite! Week 19- Pueblo

This weekend I spent some time on the Tableau sim exploring the dinosaur park. Tableau is one of the sims I really enjoy visiting because there is so much to see and it changes quite often. I can't count the number of hours I have spent exploring this Sim over the years, but I can tell you, it's a lot. The Dinosaur park reminds me of the scene of Peewee Herman's Big Adventure when he ventures into the dinosaurs. The main reason why I choose Tableau for today's post is because of Luna's Color Challenge, I'm on week 19 which is Pueblo which made Tableau the perfect backdrop location.

I'm also wearing as much of Pueblo as I could find within my inventory. There are two key pieces I would like to point out today, because they are new to me and deserve a blog shout out.

First off, Eclectica has recently released a pair of eye glasses called 50's glasses. The set I'm wearing today are Rhinestones, but there is also another set available which are Scrolls and Pearls. These glasses are customizable and allow almost every small detail to change according to your style. Frames, decorative detail and lenses are all scripted and have various textures and colors you can change. I hardly wear glasses, but Elecetica's 50's glasses are beautiful and were a great addition to have in my wardrobe. If you owned a previous version of the Eclectica's glasses you can contact the creator and ask for an upgrade. They are not only great for ladies, but work quite well for fashionable gentleman. ;)

The next thing I want to point out my hair from Clawtooth. I picked up this hair during the last Collaborate 88 event and just can't get enough of it. (mostly because it reminds me of my RL hair style and length.) Clawtooth has two new hairstyles out for Collaborate 88 which I am seriously debating on picking both of them up. Clawtooth is currently having a sale on Hair packs, This includes: new hair, fat packs, discounted wall and accessories. The sale runs from June 2nd-June16. So there is still time to TP in and grab a new style.

Next Color Challenge Post will be Deep Pink. :) I know I have loads in my inventory of that color.

Something in My Teeth?

When Hart Larson announced he was releasing his "Open Mouth Add on" I did the dance of joy in his plurk time line. After all, I've been looking for a good open mouth for quite some time. Unlike some of the other teeth I have seen in SL, these new teeth don't resemble a rodent's chompers and actually create spacing for the corners of your mouth. Upon further inspection you can notice a bottom layer of teeth. The main reason I love love Hart's open mouth, It's a prim. Which makes editing so much easier than a skin or tattoo layer which is transfixed on a portion of the mouth and is heavily dependent on your mouth shape for proper setting. Freaking Genius. In all these are a total WIN and a great addition to any skin. At only 100L it's a deal you can't pass up.



Some other goodies I've acquired along the way have been a fat pack of skins from Dutch Touch. I finally treated myself to a new skin collection. I feel ohh so spoiled and pretty in SjOrS. I tried on several of Iki Irkarus skin lines until I made the purchase and I am 100% satisfied. For the low price of 3 skins I was able to get 6 in the fatpack which makes me LOVE Dutch Touch even more, the Bang for your Lindens.

I also made a little shopping trip to Hucci and pick up this White dress. As much as I tried I couldn't muster the courage to wear it alone so I layered. :D

52-weeks of Color-Goldenrod- Week 3

This week's color challenge from Luna Jubilee is Goldenrod.

Goldenrod as you may or may not know is a flower. It's a deep hue of yellow and has been used for medicinal purposes as a natural cure. This lovely flower, is usually at it's height of popularity during the late summer months of August and September. During this time you are more likely to see the countryside lined with a sea of golden yellow.

When I tried to pull this look together I admit to running into a bit of trouble. Most of the items I found were best suited for summer also some were a bit too bright. I almost said "I'll just skip this post" and was so close to throwing in the towel and giving up. Thankfully I didn't.

The top I managed to find at Tyranny Designs. It was the only item purchased specifically for this look. It was also the main starting point for the look. Everything was spring boarded from this uber cute vest. The rest of the items were all apart of my inventory. I did a search for yellow and gold and pulled apart outfits until I found a skirt from Church of Lux. Finally, I wanted a fall look and added Sn@tch's Precious Cargo Sweater. With my outfit in place I turned to accessories adding hints of gold in earmuffs, a necklace and golden shoes.

I tried to do something a bit different this week and used some props in this photo, rather than posting a standard background shot. The wall and floor textures are from Distressed Textures. The rest of the furniture is from The Loft.
