The Way I Am

So today's post is all about channeling that inner fighter that we sometimes need. Here is my fight look from head to toe courtesy of Arcade's March Gacha Round.

Once I saw Belle Epoque's Fight Like a Girl set I knew I was in serious trouble. Can we say, "Goodbye Lindens Hello newness?" Belle Epoque's gacha comes complete with 28 random, "Fight like a Girl" goodies. All perfect for pulling out the boxer in you.

I've been trying to perfect my Boxer look for quite some time now, but I've been missing integral pieces to fully capture the persona visually. As someone who has a discerning eye for detail and quality; finding fighting items has been a challenge. The accessories I stumbled upon in the past have been subpar, so naturally, I didn't buy them. Once I saw the Belle Epoque's set I knew that someone had stepped up to create a fun and overlooked part of SL.

(The fight/wrestle subculture exists BTW in SL if you ever take the time to look.)



Please take some time to take a peek at Belle Epoque's work for The Arcade. They won't disappoint you..and if you manage to get that nifty champion belt and don't want it. IM me, please. That's the one item I'm in the market for.

For Today's Music, I leave you with what I consider my fight music, Eminem. I know! Bells, your a girl and a total fem at that WHY? Eminem??

Well it all comes down to lyrics. I may not be able to express what I'm feeling or don't want to give the negative voice to the situation. (I'm very positive...and I don't react well to negativity.) But when pushed, Eminem is the voice I need to hear in order to express sentiments without me having to.

Calli's Gacha Emporium- it's a world you have to discover

My good friend Callipygian Christensen has a little bit of an addiction, but it's a good one. She loves gachas. Now I'm not talking about a love that is fleeting, but one that has deep dedication and perseverance, Calli has one of the largest collections of gacha items I have ever seen in SL.

But what makes her gacha collection so special and distinct? besides the fact that she has so many items, I would say it's her attention to detail. She has created a unique gacha shopping experience for you to enjoy.

Rather than TPing in on a yard sale that has been haphazardly put together. Calli has lovingly place her gacha out like a work of art for your shopping pleasure.

Each Gach is reasonably price and fair. I've never been sticker shocked by Calli's Gachas.



There are so many items that I'm sure you will find something perfect for your sl life. I can spend so much time exploring this area looking at the Gacha collection she has in place.

Spring Baroque

It's time for another round at the Arcade. This month (March) has a vast assortment of stores participating which means Gacha overload. In today's post I'm highlighting some of my favorite items from The Arcade.

First off, Holy Goodness HAIR! Curio Obscura has released Stackable Hairs. These hair styles are in 1700s fashion and are all over the top wigs which give an antique feel. I managed to get this  rare hair style on my first try. I picked up a couple of others wigs as well because well...you never know when you might want to add a bit of fun to SL. The Ballroom hair style I am wearing is completely customizable, Starting with the Plume, flowers, fabric and hair color can be selected different colors to match your wardrobe. The one thing I haven't mentioned yet, is the figures inside the hair. There are tiny dancers with movement inside this wig and if that's not enough to get you excited you have to get a close up look inside the wig. You can customize the dancers, ballroom ceiling and floor. This wig is truly a work of art.

Next, I want to draw your attention to the skin from Insufferable Dastard (I.D). When I saw the Arcade shopping guide, I became drawn to this skin line, because of it's unique beauty.  I.D. is a new skin store to me, so I was very excited to receive "Innocent" on a first attempt. Innocent has a nude face which makes it easier to add tattoo layers for extra enhancement.

Shakeup released a set of Beautiful fans this round at The Arcade. I have been trying my hardest to get the entire line of this collection. I'm only missing Hibiscus, so if you know anyone who would be interested in trading please send them my way.

Teefy has a "help yourself party set" which is absolutely to die for. I've added a few pieces to my kitchen which is now starting to resemble a nice bakery from all the goodies.

Ladies who Lunch has a collection of mechanical bugs. These bugs remind me of steam punk style. The two LWL Bugs shown above are Luna Moth, Rare and Lavender Butterfly.
