"Love Song"

It's Valentine's day which means time for some Red Lingerie. There have been so many releases and group gifts in the Lingerie dept it was tough to decide which to blog about, but since I have been finding any little excuse to wear this Whippet&Buck 50l goodie I decided it was totally blog worthy. Normally in the lingerie dept I prefer things with stockings that are lacy, but W&B "Frilly Little Set", is casual and totally makes me feel like a Donna. I love that this lingerie is so cute, hand drawn and that the designer took the time to incorporate details; like stitching, seems and bows. The red bra is perfectly shaped across my bust line. While the Panties provide enough coverage across my derriere, but still leave a peek that's intriguing. (Sigh, if only in RL it were this easy.) Over all it's perfect for that rainy night cuddling session.

"Is this Love" with Ozimals?

The bunny fever that is Ozimals has finally hit the Semyorka/Palliard home. Frankie and I are proud parents of "Bridget" and "Jones" (Sleeping below) This bunny obcession started with our giant HMPD bunny. (I did a post on HMPD last year).

 So lets talk a bit about Ozimals Bunnies: They are pets in SL that you can breed. Now you might be familiar with the chickens pets people had but these are a bit different because they are cute pets which are unable to be harmed or killed. (sorry I didn't think the chickens were cute) Ozimals bunnies carry traits that can be passed down thru the bunny generations which make breeding them fun and kinda like a mad science experiment. Eye color, fur color, ear type can all be determined by the bunny parents. Ozimals are 11 prims, which really is affordable for pets in SL. (My Zooby dog is over 30, the monkey 70).

With bunny nesting in mind we went on a search this weekend for bunny related items. We wanted to create a home for our pets so they could have a bit of land for themselves. In the backyard of our home Frankie went to work and assembled a sturdy fence built from Glityerati's Fence (group gift) and invisible prims to keep our little babies inside their enclosure. SLDD had a great deal on Sat. from Second Spaces, Uncle Hank's Potting Shed, which became the perfect place to set up as a bunny hutch. We will continue to grow our little bunny garden and wait for new babies to arrive. Oh and if you ever wondered if bunnies dream, the answer is yes. while I was taking these photos Bridget and Jones had "dream bubbles" of Carrots, Bunny Love and sunshine days.

"It's ok" to clean out the closet....

So Luna Jubliee posted a challenge today, "Closet Clean Out", the challenge calls to mix, match or mix match an outfit and showcase on your blog.

 Here is my outfit, a combination from different stores. Some are newer items, while some pieces are older items that can no longer be found in SL. I found this challenge to be so much fun because I found some items in my inventory that I haven't worn and were collecting dust.... "Pretty Green", my I OLIVE YOU mashup.

 

Sunday Mornings are usually the time I set aside for SL maintenance,i.e; inventory cleanup time. There is usually an abundance of items thrown about from various hunts and shopping excursions, a causality of the shopaholic disease that many suffer from. Today while rummaging around in my inventory I discovered these pretty green treats.

Now I will admit that I tend to have a monochromatic style, sticking to one range of color when putting a look together. I'm the type of person that opens the crayon box, dumps the crayons out and arranges them by color. I know it's a little OCD, but I really enjoy seeing groups of color arranged in neat little boxes. Today's look is all about the color green. The color commonly associated with envy, and other negative emotions; however for me it's about Olives, as in "I Olive you"!!! so here is my "Olive you" look.

"A Home" from abode

This weekend abode released this beautiful sultry lake home, "The Sephia Lake House". Soft wood textures, high ceilings and large windows create an inviting and tranquil residence. I would like to take this time to point out my two favorite aspects of this home.

The fireplace, which burns with a flame that is rich in color and provides a warm glow to the living room. I enjoy the dark brick and the gold swirl pattern design located on the back of the fireplace. There was one area of the home I didn't initially notice which is why I dubbed it "The Secret Room" located above the main entrance there is a loft style area which I turned into my own version of a "man cave".

The Sephia Lake House sells for 850l, is 200 prims and two bedrooms.

Space Man

Recently I've been having this feeling that I have been drifting out in well....Space. I suppose it has to with the fact that there are a lot of uncertain things going on in my life or perhaps it's a sign that I've been watching too much Star Trek at night. Either way it's inspired tonight's blog post. 

The Sea Hole, captured my attention with their Dark Pulp Set. This outfit is themed "space exploration" and has a retro feel to it. The astronaut top and spaceship skirt will scream 3...2...1.....Blast Off! As an added bonus Dark Pulp Set has cute over the knee socks that are cleverly designed to accent the entire ensemble.

Pills

While exploring last night I ran across a total must have item in Tableau's Wriggeslworth residence. As soon as I saw the "Purse attack" I knew it had to be mine. Purse attack expels pills and a medicine bottle when in attack mode. I love the old lady stance and double clutch vise grip when wearing this purse. Purse Attack come in three diffrent designs and runs 250l. For those of you that don't know Wriggeslworth are uber cute old folks avies in SL.  If you ever wanted to pick up a cane, walker or motorized scooter this is the place to do it. Now for the look.
